Aging: 15 months in French and American oak barrels.
Alcohol: 14.5% pH: 3.8 TA: .62 RS: Dry
Bottling Date: 4/21/13
Cases Produced: 63 cases
Cellar Lifespan: 8-10 years

Winemaker Notes:

*Deep dark purple color.

*Forward aromas ripe fruit, of cracked pepper, plums and vanilla with hints of blackberry and leather.

*Full body in the mouth with rich flavors of stone fruit and blackberry with pepper and sweet French oak.
